XCNAV- A class of its own!
We have redesigned our navigation solution once again.
The XCNAV 5.7 inch combines the advantages of a touchscreen device with the benefits and precision of haptic input via buttons and rotary knobs.
For example, the three Android home buttons are also implemented as hardware buttons below the display, which makes operation extremely easy during flight. Both the buttons and the rotary encoders perform system tasks, but also have XCSoar-relevant assignments.
In addition to an internal LTE modem, the 5.7-inch version now also has its own GPS receiver.
Of course, the 5.7" version is fully connected and features 6x USB, 3 serial RS232 TTL ports, BT, BLE, and WiFi!
We also rely on proven BlanView screen technology for our "little one"! In addition to good readability, this results in very low power consumption and virtually zero heat generation.
ATTENTION:
Now that the board manufacturer has imposed a minimum order quantity of 500 units on us, we are currently looking for a new board, which is further delaying completion.
